The C1-400 automatic belt tensioner makes production faster and more efficient by providing uniform belt tension, gentle speed control and fast belt changes. Adjustable tension-from 20 to 400 inch-pounds with 100 psi line pressure-promotes longer belt life, quick belt release and improved grinding efficiency.

A remote-mounting control center with integral filter, regulator and noise muffler with built-in speed control is easily isolated for greater convenience, safety and cleanliness.

The C1-400 is constructed with rugged steel brackets and industry standard components and comes fully assembled. It may be installed in minutes with everyday maintenance tools.
